"We've been staying here for almost 20 years when we visit our daughter and her family and the whole time it's been maintained nicely. It's an older facility, it was old when we first started staying there but it has it's charms. I like staying in Alpine rather than down in the city, and if there was a newer hotel there I would not return to this property."

"Wanted a staycation to just getaway for the weekend with the husband. Wanted a quiet place to decompress. They delivered. Not you fancy, frou-frou, Four Seasons. But if you want a beautiful escape from the world, this is it. Enjoyed the wine tasting and touring the wine cellar (sooooo cool!). Lounged out by the pool. Did yoga in the meditation garden. Fed the koi fish. Definitely want to go back. It felt like we were going back in time to Tuscany or the south of France. "

"At first I thought it was a little far from the freeway, However, I loved the surrounding views, how clean the rooms are, most importantly the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay again. "

"I am mostly worried about bed bugs and safety. I have gone to this hotel a few times in different rooms and I did not find any bed bugs, nor have I brought any home. The area is relatively safe and they have security cameras. I traveled with my dogs and the staff are always nice."
