"Very impressive architecture at first glance, opulent entrance, large, beautiful pool area and a selection of bars and restaurants. Very spacious room (we stayed in the family suite). This was clearly a very expensive concept and once was a five star hotel. However once you see past the initial wow factor you see that the complex and it's service is becoming a bit tired and in need of refurbishment. The room and furniture look tired. Wooden furnishings which need replacing, multiple handles...
