"The house is beautiful and the location is great. Unfortunately, during our week stay there were several things that occurred that detracted from the experience. 1) The front gate was broken when we arrived which required workers to repair during our time there..you will have to pay for electricity during the stay so we were able to negotiate a discount for this power usage. 2) The water pressure/water to the toilets was diminished to non existent for part of the trip..might actually be a city...

"This place is clutch in a pinch. It’s got bunk beds or single double beds but is right down town Chanthaburi on the river and the price is right for anyone Not needing luxury and is okay with Bare bones comfort. "

"The staff, amenities, and pool were absolutely perfect—everything exceeded expectations. The room service and the Indian restaurant were exceptionally delicious. A special thanks to the front staff for recommending the Indian restaurant! However, the food at the poolside restaurant was a bit disappointing and could use some improvement. "Didn’t check in as when got to reception told the pool was under maintenance for a month. Tried to get cancellation and been informed not eligible as didn’t check in although I was at the hotel for over an hour trying to sort out !"

"Basic hotel, but overpriced even for basic. We weren't in the high rise building. Weird bathroom setup; huge room for sink but no place to hang anything, needs hooks or shelves, then small toilet/shower space. Water sprayer by toilet leaked from hose in a few places so they had it turned it off instead of fixing. When water valve turned on, water sprayed all over in different directions. We found a 2 inch scorpion in the corner of shower at 2 am & had to kill it since it wouldn't wash down the...
