"The hotel is fine in every aspect apart from the squeaky heating pump! It's in quite an industrial/office area but the 17 tram (about 150 meters away) will take you right into Rijswijk and Central Dern Haag. Probably the best hotel bed I have ever slept in. The staff at Bastion are very friendly and helpful!"

" Overall we are quite pleased. Its a reasonably good accommodation but corridors and stairways are quite narrow and there's no escalator. So you have to be reasonably fit to get around. Breakfast was real good in choice and quality. Beds are quite comfortable. Parking your car is a challenge though as there is only space for about 10 cars for 40 rooms"

"The location was PERFECT especially with the waterfront view. We loved our breakfast daily. We do wish that we had parking information prior to check in as it was quite hard to get in the street right next to the hotel to find out where we were supposed to park our car. "
