Reasonable hotel. On the edge of town so quite a walk to get to bars restaurants etc. Somewhat austere interior and bathrooms a bit tired but clean and comfortable

Good location if you are F1 fan
The hotel did not quite meet the usual NH standard. There was no hot water Sunday, but the hotel did not charge for parking, as compensation. The breakfast was pretty standard, but good variety. Staff however was extremely friendly and helpful!

Pour price quality ratio. Room cost more than 250€/night with breakfast for a standard 4 star hotel and they ask you almost 20€/night extra to park your car.

The price for one night (more then 200 euro's) is very overrated. The beds (one missed a leg) were awful, even the kids had neck pain after one night.

Amazing sea views
The staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived on our bicycles and there was a big storage shed for cycles in the car park. This is locked over night. Our room was amazing. Had booked the sea view room, which I highly recommend. I think we received a free upgrade to a suite, which was on the top floor. It had amazing ceiling windows and view of the sea. The little shop was very handy and we got a few drinks and snacks to watch the sunset by. Bed was very comfortable and the huge bathroom was very relaxing.

Good size clean room and good service. The only thing that let this hotel down was the car charging was not easy to use nor did it work for me despite scanning the qr code and making an initial payment. If using these chargers it is best to have an RFID card which worked for the Dutch who held membership with the charging network. If you are visiting from another country, it may be more difficult to charge. Note to hotel - since you receive visitors from many different countries, a simpler charging network would benefit guest like myself.

6th floor rooms are extremely hot
Room on 6th floor was exceptionally hot - temporary air con unit had to be used all the time but was wired so that the lights had to be on for it to work; also extremely loud so a most uncomfortable night with very little sleep

The staff were not very friendly. When we arrived we were only given our room key and not told anything else. After we then asked what we had to do to use the Sauna. They told us all we had to do was ask to have it turned on 1h before. Then when we asked the next day at 16:00h they told us only 18-22 h. Then they very reluctantly put it on sooner for us.. Generally, some parts of the hotel were nice and clean and some seemed like they were from 1970. The fitness room and spa centre seemed lifeless and not clean at all. Maybe there used to be a spa there and they had to move out or something. We stayed for three nights and asked room service to clean our room later (after they knocked at 8 am). The room was not cleaned once… for the price we paid the service was an absolute joke.

Wir haben für 4 Nacht gebucht Familie mit Kindern. Super tolles Hotel seehr Strand nah, Familien Zimmer sind sehr bequem und groß. Und hat nix gefällt im Zimmer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe zu Fuß einige Minuten laufen. Also ich muss sagen , Rezeption Mitarbeiter alle..!!! Super super nett, extrem hilfsbereit, Helfen wo die nur können. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles. Hoffen auf Wiedersehen. Vielen Dank Familie Arslan
