My room had an outdoor terrace but the view are not nice as they overlook vents and tubes from the restaurant next door. Heating worked perfectly fine. "

"The Paleis Hotel is in a great location for shopping, dining and sightseeing. The bed was very comfortable and the room was generously sized with lots of storage for clothing and suitcases. The only difficulty was with check in. There isn’t a regularly staffed front desk and we did not receive the email with the code to open the door to the hotel before we arrived. It was unclear how to contact hotel staff to be let in. "
