Wonderful staff and the restaurant as well as the proximity to the beach and Keukenhof was excellent. What stood out to me was how quiet this is situated in a Dutch neighborhood. I loved it.

The hotel is ideally situated for visiting Keukenhof. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious.

Very charming exterior with lovely patio lounge access to the ocean but it rained and we did not hike. Brick hallway was musty smelling, no elevator, drab decor, ants around coffee maker.

We had excellent service by the front desk personnel and from our waiter, Amor, during our stay. The dining room presents well and the meals were excellent. The room in which we stayed showed many signs of wear over the years, and is in need of some renovation or even cosmetic attention. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well each night. The ability to rent e-bikes from the hotel was a big plus which we took advantage of, so that we could tour through the dunes and along the blooming tulip fields. Be sure to check out the binder with numerous bike routes that you can take if you choose to stay at this hotel.

Hotel in need of refurbishment in all areas. Bathroom particularly bad. Breakfast limited. Bedroom very basic. For euro 220 per night we were expecting luxury. We got below average. Everything was done to a minimum- staffing, towels, dining bedding. Don’t believe the pictures on booking sites they have not representative

Not at all what we‘ve been looking for
We have been in a couple of Fletcher Hotels in the last two years, some with great service and high quality, some with less but always more or less in line with the price for the individual arrangement. We did choose this one as it was quiet and not in the center. For 200€ a night - and I am in a lot of hotels due to business - I would have expected a top 4star location. To add, the 5star premium location in the center would only have been only 50€ additional per night. Unfortunately not this time. Rooms were small and at least partly quite old, the shielding for the bath tub has needed a replacement for some time, the door to the veranda had no security elements and the cussions for the outside chairs could be found in the flowers nearby - at least one, and the hotel surroundings have been neglected as well. Breakfast was at 17€ per person and day but both orange juice and pancakes where not refilled more than an hour before end of breakfast time, Not to mention that no staff was on the premises.

Prettige aankomst in kerstsferen. Wij hebben hier een overnachting geboekt ivm een avondje uit naar soldaat van oranje. Receptioniste dacht mee ivm diner in het restaurant. We konden wat kleins eten ivm de tijd. Erg fijn. De overnachting was prima maar de staat van de hotelkamers is totaal anders dan wat de binnenkomst en restaurant uitstralen. Het is echt heel ouderwets, alsof we teruggingen in grootmoeders tijd. We hebben de spullen neergezet en moesten al dineren en wegrijden. De hotelkamers bestaan uit ouderwetse houten deuren, aluminium kastdeuren. Helaas bij terugkomst en het dichttrekken van de gordijnen zagen wij schimmel op het kozijn en vlekken in de vensterbank. Nachtkastje zat onder de vlekken van drinken van de vorige hotelgasten. Op de voet van de staande lamp zaten allemaal vlekken. Er was gewoon niet schoongemaakt. Haren op het kussen en dekbed. Geen idee of dit zo uit de was kwam of gebeurd is met het opmaken. Het kussen en dekbed rook niet echt fris… aangezien wij 00:15 pas terug van de voorstelling en aangezien ook mijn dochter (11) erg moe was, hebben we dit voor lief genomen en ben ik niet meer naar buiten gelopen om naar de receptie te gaan. (We moesten via een buitentuin naar een ander gebouw). Maar eigenlijk kan dit echt niet! Vooral niet omdat er een kaart op het bed lag met de tekst dat “vandaag” de kamer is schoongemaakt door een medewerkster (geen naam er bij). 240 euro betaald voor twee kamers incl ontbijt. Dan mag het wel schoon zijn.

Het hotel is op zich wel oké met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel echter zijn de kamers en trapopgangen wel aan een grondige renovatie toe. Het ontbijt en diner is prima verzorgt. We hebben een weekendje geboekt via social deal waardoor de prijs kwaliteit tot z’n recht komt.

Een heerlijke plek op prima wandelafstand naar de zee. Daarbij is het personeel erg vriendelijk. Na een wandeling een heerlijk bakje snert gaat er in de winter wel in. Mijn kamer was ruim, erg prettig. Jammer echter dat er geen lamp boven het bureau zat. Die had ik met mijn puzzels/tekeningen graag gehad. En een luie fauteuil had ook best gepast. Ach ja je moet iets te wensen houden. Het douchen in bad vind ik een echte min. Dan liever alleen een douche. Heerlijk bed prima service verder dus al.met al een fijne ervaring.

Ramen zouden wel een keer gewassen kunnen worden. Het ontbijt was matig; roereieren waren veel te zout, we misten vruchtensap. En bij vertrek werd de sleutel ingenomen en niet eens gevraagd of we een goed verblijf hadden gehad. Jammer. Gemiste kans. De locatie is geweldig. Je loopt zo de duinen in en bent dan met een lekkere wandeling zo bij t strand.

Kamers waren niet schoon,wc op kindernivea, in de wasbak zat een scheur, raam kon niet open.Lampen waren kapot. Personeel was niet te bereiken bij het ontbijt . Vleeswaren waren bevroren evenals de kaas. Water moest je bij de receptie halen.Tijdens ons verblijf zou er een groep van 80 personen komen en er was geen plaats voor ons om ‘‘s avonds te dineren net als het ontbijt de volgende ochtend.De administratie was niet up to date. We zijnzeer teleurgesteld in deze accommodatie.

Het hotel is prachtig aangelegd. Het fietsenverhuur is een supergoede toevoeging aangezien je zo vanuit het hotel de duinen inloopt. De kamer viel een beetje tegen, hij was oud en klein, maar wel gewoon schoon en netjes, wat respectabel is gezien de lage prijs :). Ontbijt was helemaal prima, niet super uitgebreid, maar wel lekker en alles wat je nodig hebt voor een 'luxe' ontbijtje. Helemaal tevreden!
