"Lovely property overall; very clean, good facilities, and very comfortable. Prior communication re access to property was poor. They said via automated email that info would be sent before 1pm of day of booking; it was not. Arrived at property and had to call to get accesd info. This took about 15 mins of sending ID, waiting for video of key box location, getting key box code, with a very stiff front door - all whilst cold, wet and getting dark. Not a good start. Bathroom door did not close...
