We were slightly dubious about potential noise as the room was next to the lift & across from the kitchen but it was surprisingly quiet. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Excellent canal-side location, all staff courteous and efficient, everywhere looked so clean and tidy and my bed was one of the comfiest I've ever slept in! The only negative was that I couldn't turn the shower on but, had I stayed longer than one night and reported it, I'm sure it would have been rectified."
