"Our room was clean and comfortable. It was a good size and set up for a family as we needed. We were disappointed that the spa was closed, an odd decision to close the spa at the weekend when travellers are most likely to want to use it. Breakfast was a little underwhelming but plenty to choose from. The cereal packets were quite a long way out of date. The traffic was quite loud from our room at the front of the hotel. A room at the back would be much better to be able to sleep through. Just...

"Nice B&B perfectly positioned across the road from the Harrogate conference centre if your trip is for a visit there. I’d visit again if coming to Harrogate. It lists itself as a 4* hotel and that is why I gave it 4 rather than 5 stars as it doesn’t have the facilities you expect of a hotel - staffed reception desk, bar, restaurant etc - but is a very pleasant B&B. The cooked breakfast - available as an add on £15 when I was there - was very good - freshly cooked, the poached eggs were perfect...

"Lovely guesthouse, well decorated and furnished, there’s a little noise from the bar next door, but it is a main road, so to be expected. Breakfast is continental, good selection of fruits, pastries and charcuterie, including plant based yogurt and milks. "
