"Great hotel in the heart of downtown, we came for a show at the Convention Center. The parking was expensive, but convenient. The bed and room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Only 3 blocks from the monorail and 1 block from the Paramount theatre. "

"When we arrived staff was very friendly and approachabl. They didn’t seem to mind us being a little early. When we got up to the room we were pleasantly surprised by not only the size of the room but the beautiful view of downtown Seattle. In the morning we ordered the all American breakfast to our room. It came way quicker than expected and was very tasty I recommend the chicken sausage. Overall I couldn’t be happier with the stay "

"The property was stunning. I was surprised by valet only options, robot vacuum named Lilly cleaning the hotel floor, and inadequate service in Tidal restaurant. I appreciated the reusable water bottle, green roof, and look and feel of place overall. I wish bathroom door had latch or lock in the room."
