"The facilities were excellent. I really enjoyed the lake view from the room although I was not on the top floor, which I had booked. Also, there were very loud guests during the evening when I was trying to relax in my room. The only other niggling thing was that the person checking me in did not greet me, just started talking. Is this an American thing? Otherwise he was completely courteous and helpful. "

"The apartment was spacious, modern and comfortable. The location was good, we were able to walk downtown and walk to dinner. I felt the level of cleanliness left something to be desired though. The bathroom had lots of long dark hairs on the floor, looked like the floor hadn't been cleaned, and also in the washing machine. I even took a picture of a large clump of hair in the corner of the bathroom. The cabinets had finger prints on them and the windows were filthy. The fan in the bathroom is...
