"The room was excellent. Clean and we had everything we need. The elevator broke when we stayed there so had to use the stairs. It doesn’t bother us but am worried about disabled guests who booked the hotel. I didn’t get an email in advance that the elevator is not working. We would love to be informed in advance for future planning just in case one of us is disabled and can’t climb the stairs with suitcases behind us. "
