"We have stayed here a few times Always a good stay . Things I don’t like is this is the third time ice machines have been out of service on my floor. Parking is also a little pricey. "

"The hotel and the room were clean. The internet was fast enough. The staff was kind enough. The staff did not give accurate information about the hot cider, though. There was complimentary cider in the lobby and, when it wasn't there, they'd say that it would be available at 3p. By 5p if it wasn't there, they'd say that it was seasonal and that it had gone away for the Spring and that it would return in the Autumn, only for it to turn up the very next day. If you're not sure, just say that...

"Terrific Heritage hotel in a great location. No pool or hot tub but if not important to you, you’ll enjoy your stay. Oliver’s Lounge for happy hour and cocktails is a must and Andaluca restaurant has been there 30 years and is wonderful as well. The valet team and front desk staff all very attentive and professional. "

"Older building without air conditioning is a notable concern. Small elevator. Room was surprisingly comfortable though and location convenient to hospitals and food nearby. Quick check in. I would stay again. "
