"It was an OLD hotel, with much of the furniture being dated for the period. Customers were treated with respect and a smile. However, if looking for a wheelchair accessible, along with a walk-in shower, this is not the place to stay. I'm guessing it was because of the age of the hotel. Only one choice for dining in the hotel. The employees were super nice and and will greet you with a smile"

"Great location near Pike Place Market and Waterfront amenities and Ferry arrivals and departures. I did not like the fact that I had to ask for towels and coffee refills - removel of cups and glasses. Turn down service seemed to be hit or miss. Not a regular part of my stay of 3 days. Everything else was very good. "
