"I had the best stay at Casa Nawalli in Puerto Vallarta. The room, views and terrace with the pool and sun beds were amazing. Fabiola the hotel host was truly fantastic and made my stay and experience 10/10. She reached out to me prior to arrival and was on hand to ensure all arrangements were made before hand, even helping me with adjusting my check-in and check-out dates last minute. She had a great positive energy, was super sweet and friendly, and had great recommendations that made my experience in Puerto Vallarta even better. My room was spacious with a modern and sleek finish, the bathroom too! Made me feel right at home every time I was in there. The views as soon as I stepped out my room, and from the terrace above were incredible… something that I didn’t get sick of. The location of the hotel was also ideal to get to places, just be conscious of the incline to get to the hotel by foot… but worth it with the views you get from being at the highest point. Highly recommend Casa Nawalli, and huge thanks again to Fabiola and Escarlet who made the experience for me and should certainly be acknowledged for their work and positive attitude that makes the hotel what it is!"

"The views were stunning, the staff outstanding but it was the marriage between authentic Mexican culture and hospitality that had us sold. We met several other guests from all over North America during breakfast which was served in the common area right by our room, Sol 4. The room was large with firm but very comfortable beds(2) The bathroom is outside the room but secure and for our room's exclusive use, it was not an issue for us. The only downside is the hill the hotel sits on, if you have mobility issues you will need to use Ubers or taxis to get there. Having said that, once you have done the hill several times it gets easier but Uber/taxis are super inexpensive. I highly recommend this hotel if you want something romantic and not your standard cookie cutter. Again the staff especially Mercedes were super helpful and accommodating. Loved our stay. "

"The hotel is one street back from the Malecon and is a great base for exploring. We booked the penthouse suite which was WELL worth the money, with a hot tub, full outdoor cooking set up, air conditioning and full kitchen with laundry. The staff were friendly, fun and welcoming. Taxis are easy to find, often parked right across the street. The hotel restaurant, CoExist, has beautiful coffees and desserts. It was closed on the Monday we visited or we would have eaten there more. Despite the hotel being right in the middle of the action, the room was quiet and we had great sleeps. I can't think of a single downside of this property."
