"One elevator was broken, making hard for people with just one working. Bathroom, tub cold be a little more clean. To must noise at night, looked like a bar/disc or from a trim close to my room, stuff on corridors, like car used to carry bags, blocking the space to walk and blocking the access to emergency stairs if needed it. "

"I love the safety and that it was quiet. I have a son with sensory issues so it really helped that he didn't get startled from noise. The 2 things that were disappointing was the parking situation and that there was not a lounge or bar area."

"I recently had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Grand Central in New York City. From the moment I arrived, Shannon was warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and answering all my questions about nearby attractions. The room was spacious and spotless with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore nearby sights, and their on-site market sold items that made it easy to not have to walk a few blocks to another store. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I’d highly recommend Hyatt Grand Central for anyone visiting NYC."
