"Highly recommend this for your Nashville "

"We arrived about one and a half hours before the 4 pm checkin. Our room was not ready so they said they would contact us when it was. They kept making excuses and finally at 4 pm we asked why we hadn't been notified. They said there was a staff change and basically they forgot us even thought we were sitting right across from the front desk for more than an hour. They just didn't care what to us was a serious miscommunication. This is NOT a 5 star hotel!"

"Overall, the Renaissance was a fine hotel. I really liked how close it is to Broadway and Printer's Alley; all within a short walking distance. The only issue I had during my stay was the hotel water was shut off during the night and we were never notified - couldn't shower, nor even flush the toilet.
