"The property is boutique chic. The Jr Suite I had was spacious and clean. I got an early check, which I was so grateful for as I was coming in from a cruise that morning. The porters were so warm, friendly, and helpful, they stood out and should be commended. I would return for a longer stay as I didn't get to utilize the amenities such as the rooftop pool and bar, and sauna"

"Best upscale location to stay before or after a cruise. Across from a nice park, easy walk to Bayside Mall for shopping and nightlife, short drives to South Beach, Port of Miami and Little Havana. Hertz rental office two blocks away for easy pick up or drop off. If you have Club access, it is the best one I have experienced at any chain hotel so far - great food for breakfast and snacks, and self-serve cocktails with top-shelf liquor in the evening. "

"Service was amazing. Thanks Gerald for the early check-in. View was phenomenal from the 29th floor. Nice room and bathroom. Complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby was a nice touch. Will definitely stay at this hotel on our next visit to Miami!"
