"Horrible check in process. The staff was rude and did not communicate well. After emailing and calling I finally got a hold of someone who said I needed to download an app to get in. After downloading the app and creating an account it was never actually used for anything. They left the apartment unlocked since the cleaning crew had gone there which I don’t think is safe.
