"We had an amazing time in Mexico City and at this hotel. It was very central and walking distance to many places. The staff was friendly and every accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and Robert our waiter was great! We did have one incident with the cleaning staff moving out personal items around, which lead to leaving my husband's beats behind, and when asked if they could ship to our home, the charge was $165, so I opted out and just bought new ones, so just make sure you don't leave anything important behind. Besides that we had a great time. We would stay in this hotel again when in Mexico City. "
