Excellent customer service by the front desk. They made our stay very pleasant and they were very attentive. We had a bad experience at another hotel outside of CDMX and when we we arrived at One Ciudad de Mexico Alameda it was amazing to be greeted by our name. The breakfast was delicious and it was nice to meet other travelers. Thank you for making us feel like at home.

The hotel makes its best to keep it clean, but there are many drug addicts around the property and it makes it feel unsafe and dirty. The food is good, everything came out as expected

I asked for a quiet room which did not require stairs and I got one. The bed is comfortable. The room is modern and has everything you need. The location is fantastic for a tourist in CDMX.

Quiet location, yet within proximity of historic center. Very courteous staff. Clean rooms and space is well designed.We had an early flight and the staff was very considerate to give us a snack. We will definitely be back. We have stayed in our hotels near historic center and this is our new favorite hotel.

Good for spending the night, lots to see and do around the area. Our room had no windows and it felt a little claustrophobic. The breakfast area fills up and it may be hard to get a seat.
