"The hotel was beautiful and behind it was the World Fair Park. We were on the 8th floor with a window view and you could all the beautiful autumn colors and surrounding town. The staff was friendly and very helpful! Valet was easy, didn’t have to wait because you can text them when you’re headed down. My favorite part?! DEFINITELY the black car free transportation! "The stay was great the front desk was wonderful very helpful and get us set very quickly. However there was a big stain on the floor and a ball of hair. Looked like the floors of the room had not been vacuumed. Very thing else looked great. Valet parking was excellent he was very polite and helpful. Excellent service."
