"I've stayed at the Hilton Knoxville several times and always had a great experience. The location is ideal—an easy walk to the UT campus, Market Square, and the Old City. After a busy day, the outdoor patio, cozy fire pit, and bar are perfect for unwinding. The staff is consistently welcoming and attentive, making each stay feel effortless. Highly recommend. "

"Conveniently located adjacent to the airport. Worked perfectly for us after landing at Tyson airport around 1145 PM. Hotel is quiet, clean and staff are friendly. Only complaint would be that the beds are not comfortable; we had 2 queen beds and it seems like 2 twins were put together to make a queen bed. Otherwise, great hotel. "

"It was OK. I was hoping to see more staff to accommodate a bunch of us at checking. The fire pit didn’t work and the pool was closed (and outdoors-not mentioned) Had to request fresh sheets and room clean. Generally it was a clean, safe and convenient place to stay near the airport. "
