But I agreed to stay in another room, which was not bad, but when you plan to receive what you reserve, your experience is no longer the same! My surprise came when upon leaving the hotel I talked about my disagreement in this regard and very kindly the hotel receptionist and the general manager sent me an email with an unimaginable surprise, the truth is that, as always, four seasons always providing first-class service.
