"I have stayed at this hotel many times before and not had a problem. This time was different. Hotel was beautiful, and room was quite nice, but service could be improved. Asked for a quiet room; was given a room right next to the ice machine. Very loud at times. Emailed the manager the week before to ask about using a conference room; never got a response. Front desk guy just told me to call sales (but didn’t give me a name or number). Worst part was the valet service. Someone decided they...
