"I booked 2 nights with Hotels.com and When I returned the second day I found my belongings locked in the rook and my key did not work. Shanee, thee receptionist at the desk told me I was not registered for the second day and wanted me to pay for it. She was quite insistent and rather rude. Fortunately I was carrying my Hotels.com invoice showing two days. She said it didn't matter because her computer say one day. I called Hotels.com and spoke to Sharif who was able to straighten it out. But she also gave him a hard time and hung up on him twice. Finally she said she found it in her computer but still fought with both Sharif and me for over 40 minutes. I also found a roach in my room which I gave to Shanee at the desk."

"This is an apartment and not a hotel. A little different experience, but much nicer than a hotel room. The room looked recently renovated. Nice kitchen, great bedroom - very comfortable pillows, and the living room - I could live there. I would definitely stay there again."

"Property was good, close to amenities. Close enough to Uber to the cruise port for less than the third party shuttle service offered by the hotel. Would recommend staying the night before a cruise or the night after a cruise because it’s very close to the airport as well ~ less than 15mins to airport or to the cruise terminals "
