"Excellent location right next to the Riverwalk. Excellent communications with property management. Safe and secure electronic gates and front door. Spacious, cute, newly remodeled. However small repairs, caulking and painting are sloppy in spots and where it overlaps and hasn’t been scraped off properly is collecting dirt. Could have been cleaned more thoroughly—baseboards and doors were dirty and floor felt sticky. Once I cleaned up a few things it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay."
