Always a great stay at the Hyatt Centric! Staff are amazing, rooms are spacious and well cared for. The kicker is the Champaign vending machine in the lobby… well done! Great shopping and restaurants on Los Olas

Very nice hotel. Located on Los Olas so be prepared to pay accordingly. Check in was poor experience as rooms were not ready till late.

Hotel was beautiful but they did a fire alarm testing thing that had a very unpleasant noise constantly booming into our room for about 45 minutes. Very annoying.

Breakfast staff was excellent. Breakfast menu rather limited. Several errors on invoice that shouldn't occur. Property is in an excellent location with easy access to River Walk and many good dining and shopping options. Great location to spend a few days before a cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale.

Pros Lovely property Lovely views. Modern and close to 3 excellent restaurants Near waterway Cons 1.$25 'resort fee' upon arrival. Non negotiable. Decided that since i was paying was going to use one of the serbices. Not available until midday. 2. Lip on balcony door exit area. Tripping hazard in the worst possible place. A Balcony door. Excellent hotel for busoness traveller. Leisure I'd go elsewhere

This is my second time staying at this great hotel. The hotel is clean, nice rooms, and great staff. The breakfast is delicious with excellent service from the staff. The property is in a great area with lots of other great dining options close by that you can walk to.

The water out of the tap in the room is yellow and poor tasting. They charge 6$ a bottle for small plastic bottle of water. For most of us, this causes dehydration. I complained about the policy and was told no exceptions. They also charge a $25 per day destination fee in addition to the expensive room rate. That fee is not clearly disclosed before checking in. Never again.
