We stayed at the beginning and end of our trip but unfortunately both times situated next to the ice machine station. "I would suggest you confirm with the hotel that you actually have the room you booked prior to arrival. I booked a double queen as I was traveling with my teenage son for spring break. I checked in without issue as I was told the manager was needed because "they didn't know what to do" (front desk associate was a trainee). I get my keys and go to the room to find a single king bed. I go back downstairs to the front desk, and the female front desk associate asks to assist me. I explain the...

"This place is in need of renovation. The floors were dirty. The bathroom was old and in need of paint. There was a water bubble on the bathroom wall that we were concerned would burst. We had to ask for towels and the desk service was marginal. I only gave it two stars because the sheets were clean and the pool was lovely and pristine."

"Service took a bit to get help after a couple ring to get someone to check us in. Bathroom in one of the rooms booked was not cleaned but they were able to move us to another room. Overall stay was good!"
