"had to leave at 11pm at night to find a new cleaner hotel there were roaches in our bed and all over the bath room walls and floor"

"Staff was wonderful. Room, typical Hampton In. Clean, comfortable, everything in the room worked perfectly fine. Shampoo and other bathroom toiletries were there. Breakfast started at 6 am even on Sunday which was wonderful for our purpose. Eating area was clean and constantly being replenished. I requested early check in and a courtesy late check out and it was granted without any problems. Parking on property was waved, as the garage has an app to pay for parking. I am a Hilton Honors member...
