"I would suggest you confirm with the hotel that you actually have the room you booked prior to arrival. I booked a double queen as I was traveling with my teenage son for spring break. I checked in without issue as I was told the manager was needed because "they didn't know what to do" (front desk associate was a trainee). I get my keys and go to the room to find a single king bed.
