THERE WERE DISAPPOINTING ITEMS. i HAD TO TELL THE FRONT DESK ON TWO CONSECUTIVE DAYS ABOUT THE COLD WATER FAUCET NOT WORKING BEFORE IT WAS FIXED. TOLD HOUSEKEEPING ABOUT CONDITIONER CONTAINER BEING EMPTY WITH NO REFILL TV SCREEN WAS DIM AND COULD BARELY SEE IMAGE IF VIEWED OTHER THAN RIGHT ON. "My stay was good! The hotel was quiet. I locked myself out with the night latch and my TV didn't work, but maintenance was there quickly both times. The room was very comfortable. Unfortunately I was not able to find a phone number directly to the hotel before I checked in. "
