"The hotel is located downtown so it’s pretty convenient to things. The parking situation is not great. Check in went smoothly. I think it’s weird that the A/C in each room is controlled by the front desk, so you have to call them if you want it changed. But, everything was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable."

"I was very impressed with the front desk help and professionalism. The room was pristine. The iron did not work though but it was nice that they had an ironing board and iron allocated for each room. The beds were relatively comfortable and the pillows were super comfy.The cleaning staff knocked and woke me up an hour and a half before check out time asking if I was checking out.I think they should have a list of who is checking out and or has checked out and not disturb guests.My only complaint is the price for the room.I believe the rates were jacked up due to a graduation that weekend that many guest were attending. Over $300.00 was excessive especially since breakfast was not included. The room was commensurate with what I have paid in the neighborhood of $220 in similar markets."
