"We had a wonderful stay at Yvonne's place. You literally cross the street that has almost no traffic (it's a dead end) and you are on a beautiful, soft, sandy beach with warm water, medium waves and little undertow. Unit is very clean with some new items like beach towels. Temperature was always comfortable with the AC on and you can hear the waves if you open the windows. Others mentioned the noise from the two restaurants below, but we enjoyed the positive energy from hearing others having fun...

"Very lovely property! The location is awesome and right near everything. We did tours everyday and would say this spot is a perfect combo for your pick up but after returning right near fun evening time places and the beach! The balcony is a nice option for fresh air, although do have to note the construction - but to be honest you should out and about anyhow around the island so should barely notice ;) The unit itself is modern and great. "Jo provided us with everything we needed, and the condo could not be in a better spot. It’s amazing to walk out onto the beach but also have easy access to old San Juan and the major highways. We would love to visit again! "

"This propert is right smack in the middle with of everything! stores, dinning,entertainment and of course the beautiful beach. The host Maribel was great I found myself neededing an extra night and she made it happen. I’m very greatful for her rapid and smooth transition through this last minute inconvenience. "Overall, enjoyed our stay and the apartment was quite nice, the view being the best part. While the building was older, it always had a security guard and felt safe. Great location in San Juan, you can walk to a couple gyms and many restaurants, plus there’s rentable lime/e scooters nearby you can download the app and use. Really close to old San Juan, across the street from t-mobile district and other nightlife areas. Great two weeks spent here, enjoyed our stay. "

"The location in San Juan is excellent and just off a beautiful beach. We loved having a secure dedicated parking space. We didn't use the pool but it is very nice and well maintained. The overall space is a bit tight but more than adequate since your mostly just sleeping there. Also, it is walking distance to our favorite restaurant, Bebo's! Would definitely stay here again."
