"A lovely hotel, it doesn't look like much from the outside but the room we were in was very nice, high ceilings, a view of the water and the main pier from the bed, furniture in a pleasant classic style complemented the room. The bathroom was standard and clean. In the evening it was lovely to sit in the armchairs with a view. I highly recommend it."

"Great friendly service, good room with a lovely bay window overlooking the sea. Small touches really help, like bottle opener in room etc. Breakfast was hearty and offered smoked mackerel as a choice, as well as the cooked breakfast."
