"We stayed in Travelodge Barking London for three nights and we find that the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was Surprisingly spacious for the type of hotel. In overall our stay was very pleasant. Our regards to all the staff for our nice stay."

"The property was fine for what we needed it for, a one night stay before the London Marathon. It needs some repairs and has some sections in the bathroom and kitchen held filled with exposed expanding foam. The floor is coming up in the kitchen in one corner. Overall it does the job but isn’t in the best condition. "

"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

"Perfect place to stay after attending an event at the O2. The hotel is beautifully decorated, ideal location and very quiet at night. There is a private walkway into the O2 as well as a short walk to the Thames Clipper and underground station"

"We selected this hotel due to its unique offering of a suitable family room and convenient location with parking. The hotel's location is indeed exceptional, providing excellent transport links. The observed mold on the bathroom tiles and security cord raises concerns regarding the hotel rooms' cleanliness. Further attention to mildew and mold remediation is required. Furthermore, the diverse food options are extensive, particularly at Westfield, a mere five-minute walk away. Westfield offers reliable parking with ample, secure spaces. Additional convenient parking options are also available nearby."

Great hotel in great location

"Excellent location. Opposite tube station. One stop away from O2. Very friendly efficient service from hotel staff. Lovely atmosphere and decor in restaurant and we chose to have lunch there on both days of our overnight stay. Fantastic breakfast, hot and cold buffet and choice of coffees and teas. Room was very good had everything required. Bed was very comfortable and a good size. Would stay again! "

"Spotlessly clean , room was small but had every thing we needed except maybe for a microwave, which would have been handy , problem with the first room we were given- lights kept flicking on and off , so we were moved , lower floor so not quite as good. Free tea and coffee on the roof terrace was a bonus . Staff were lovely . there is a building site in front of the building so its noisy during the day , no air conditioning so noise with windows open at night . "
