"We visited NY for the Subway Series game at Yankee Stadium. I chose this home for its closeness to the stadium and set up. There were a couple of issues with home upon arrival, but nothing that hampered our stay. Parking is hit or miss. "

"The VRBO was cute. For what we paid, I would’ve liked to see better. The rugs under the bed and couch were very dirty. Multiple spills of random things all over them. We were given one washcloth and one hand towel for a family of four, on a 4 day trip. There wasn’t one towel hanger to hang a towel on, after our showers, in the bathroom. Affordable : good value for money —-The not so good : got the wrong code to get in & it took 30 min to solve with the help of VRBO . Double check the day before you arrive . "Me and my mother stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The apartment itself is big and spacious but could have been a little bit cleaner. The area is nice with good shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Only a short journey by Subway into Manhattan for sightseeing. Great communication from host. Overall would recommend and would stay again."

"Very comfortable stay with lots of room to spread out. Interesting older house with many unique features. We were happy to learn that they recently installed a new furnace and a dishwasher. Lots of cookware and dishes. We spread out over two dining rooms for mealtime which worked well for us. "

"We stayed here with our 3 dogs between Christmas and New Years. It is in a gorgeous neighborhood of sprawling estate homes. This property had tons of room to spread out. The yard is HIGE and completely fenced in. The rooms are decorated with the photography work of the owner and other interesting pieces. Plenty to do on site and not too far from the city. The second-floor room was not recently renovated. Its location offered convenient proximity to 30 Rockefeller Plaza, Times Square, and the subway system.
