"We had a lovely stay with everything we could possibly need available and handy. Affordable public transportation is easily accessed from this Hamilton Heights hideaway. The weather was a bit too chilly and windy to use the backyard patio, but we look forward to returning to this same rental during warmer weather. A GEM!! but"

"i did get a few cockroaches during my stay, there was a burn on the wall near the stove that scared me as a needed to use the stove in the kitchen it made me refrain from using so was difficult. there were no paper towels i had to buy some. Stated on Vrbo that you had a blow dryer so i did not bring mine and there was not one to be found. Dishwasher took three tries to use and looks as though the door itself to it was broken upon arrival. Getting the key in such a weird position didn’t feel safe...

"Amazing views! This a great condo to spend your time in NYC. Easy walking distance to Times Square and the subway. Has everything you need to cook and is very close to coffee shops and other restaurants. The best part, however, is the great city views both day and night. "

"This apartment was very easy to find, on the first floor, which made it super easy to get and out of, and very clean. The beds were comfortable. Location was super for walking wherever we wanted to go. And access to the subway was close enough to make even those sites farther away more accessible. Overall, an excellent stay, and we really appreciate this Location. "

"There were very minor adjustments to this stay needed (like the addition of washcloths), but it is clean, comfortable, and situated around AMAZING food, steps from Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. "This apartment is perfect for people looking to explore NYC, having a good place to sleep in a convenient location away from the city buzz. Amazing location in a good neighborhood, walking distance to a bus stop that drops you off at NY bus terminal. It’s no more than 30 minutes door to door. "We enjoyed our time and this property was very close to subways and Central Park! We were a family of 7 and we fit fine! The bathroom seemed a little dirty on the floor upon arrival and found a few hairs around the bathroom. Other than that it was a great spot! We would stay here again! "

"The location could not be better! 3 blocks from MTA stop and 1 train that will take your right into Times Square for transfers or all the way to South Ferry station. We used the subway exclusively - no taxies or ride shares - and got everywhere we wanted to be.The apartment worked great for 4, but would be a stretch for more, There are very few steps, so easy access even for those with some mobility issues.
