"Originally booked the king room for one for about a week, had a friend spontaneously decide to fly in and come stay aswell. The room was incredibly clean, very cozy, nicely decorated, and had TONS of storage space.The kitchen supplied everything we needed. The room and king bed ended up being perfect, if not more than big enough, for the two of us. "We enjoyed our stay at this property, especially being so close to the subway and nearby bodegas. One thing, one of the mattresses was rock solid — the owners should invest in at least a mattress topper. The water in the shower gets extremely nice and hot, and the other tenants were very friendly. Another weird thing, “an exterminator” came in the morning during one of the days we stayed around 9am, and tried to barge in and “exterminate”. That was uncomfortable, and he had a key. "Our family of 5 (3 teenagers) stayed here for 3 nights. Excellent location! We were able to walk to Time Square in just a few minutes. It is close to many restaurants, conviene stores, and Broadway theaters. It was a little small for the 5 of us, but we made it work just fine, and found the price to be reasonable. Alex the host addressed our needs. The luggage room was very convenient, as we got there early/left after check-in, so we had a place to store our bags. Felt very safe there!"
