"Great house for a medium-to-large group in a peaceful rural setting that's only a 10-15 minute drive from shopping and services. Pros: The house itself is spacious and in good shape. the screened in and outside porches were the perfect place to watch the sunset and greet the morning. Wade is a delightful, personable, and responsive property manager. He not only took care of our requests, but was nice to talk to. We enjoyed hiking the private trails and feeding our compost to the farm animals....

"We were hosting our of town family for Thanksgiving and found this great, cozy cabin in the woods right near the Natchez Trace parkway. It was very clean and had everything we needed to host a Thanksgiving meal (except a big pot to make mashed potatoes 😉). The location was tranquil and close to hiking on the Trace. It was also convenient to Franklin and any store we would want/need. "

"Leipers Fork is such a beautiful little town. The house was close enough to walk to the shops and restaurant. We had plenty of space for our family of four. We did not receive any check in information before we arrived and messages to the host were not going through to get a check in code; however they answered my phone call immediately and got us a code for the place. The property had plenty of space for the kids to play, a beautiful view and close proximity to gas station, groceries and play area. We spent a lot of time on the porch talking and napping.
