"We booked a week here for a reunion of college friends and the property was great. Everything was in good condition and clean. The house and grounds were lovely and as pictured or better. Check-in and out were easy and the house rules and cleaning responsibilities were completely reasonable. Would absolutely consider renting again if we return to the area."

The access to the river was difficult with VERY steep stairs that would be impassable by most prople. Definitely don’t consider this to have reasonable “river access”. "Very nice place. No bugs at all. Very clean. Did not use dog pen for my puppy but still had a ball. The driveway was a bit of surprise how steep it was going up or down hill. We got used to it. The owner was very attentive to any /all questions we had. Overall a very enjoyable week."

The cabin is located about 28 minutes from downtown Nashville, but we thoroughly enjoyed the drive to and from the cabin. What beautiful countryside!!! The cabin was so rustic and peaceful. "The property host communicated clear directions for check in and out. When I arrived the property was very clean and stocked nicely. In a very nice location in a peaceful setting with beautiful sunrises. Their sweet dog even visited me while I was watching the sunrise and let me pet it. :) overall way better than a hotel. "
