"We visited the home twice and we loved it. Visiting family in the area and the house is comfortable enough to host a small family dinner and the outside deck was so relaxing. We will probably visit again. "

"I coordinated a stay at Paddle Creek Resort for a group of friends who all play pickleball together. We checked in, got settled and spent the evening playing on two reserved courts that came with the rental, which were great. We got up the next morning and played all day, including black light games. We had the best time and definitely plan to schedule another get away for us to play again! Blake was great to work with and responded to any questions we had quickly. Thanks for a great place...

"Our stay was for spring break. We drove from Texas. The home (double wide) was clean and adequately furnished for our family's’ needs. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cookware. The play area outside for the kids was also great.One thing we enjoyed most was the lovely drive from Downtown Franklin to the house. We had a challenge with temperature regulation due to irregular and uneven distribution. At night when we went to bed and closed the doors, the...

"The Hargrove House was a great place to rest each night after spending 3 days exploring the region! The back house (with loft twins) is probably more suited as bunk space for kids/teens. It’s much smaller (queen bed) and lacks needed luggage/hanging space for adult couples traveling together. Unfortunately, the back patio string lights never worked for us either - but overall we enjoyed our stay! "

"While expectations of the house based on the description was that it would be more “renovated” than it was, the accommodations were clean and the setting was very quiet. I did not use it as a full stay but more as an overnight place to stay while visiting relatives. The host was very responsive to all my questions. I would have liked blinds on the kitchen and game room as I felt like backyard facing neighbors could look right in at night when the lights were on. "
