"I coordinated a stay at Paddle Creek Resort for a group of friends who all play pickleball together. We checked in, got settled and spent the evening playing on two reserved courts that came with the rental, which were great. We got up the next morning and played all day, including black light games. We had the best time and definitely plan to schedule another get away for us to play again! "Our stay was for spring break. We drove from Texas. The home (double wide) was clean and adequately furnished for our family's’ needs. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cookware. The play area outside for the kids was also great.One thing we enjoyed most was the lovely drive from Downtown Franklin to the house. "We had a great time at the Hargrove house. The cozy two house set up was perfect for us and our family. Loved the fire pit area and the great master bath. Just a beautiful property and one of the best VRBOs we have stayed in. It was in a great location, just what we needed for a quick getaway. Not terribly far to amenities, but far enough away from the city that we were away from the hustle and bustle. Franklin and Leipers Fork are situated in a beautiful area. Highly recommend!"

I did not use it as a full stay but more as an overnight place to stay while visiting relatives. The host was very responsive to all my questions. I would have liked blinds on the kitchen and game room as I felt like backyard facing neighbors could look right in at night when the lights were on. "
