The property was clean, plenty of linens, paper products, trash bags, and the kitchen had all the items necessary to make meals. The bedrooms are well furnished with an extra blanket and pillows. Plus, the mattresses were very comfortable! The washer/dryer were easy to use. Thank you for a great stay!"

"The house is located in a low income housing neighborhood. It is setup just for you to lay your head and eat. The neighbor has a big black dog tied to a tree with a rope and not a chain, and no fence making it hard to have fun in the backyard with little ones. My family and I saw multiple cockroaches in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. I informed the property manager multiple times, in which I was told to take pictures and submit them. "Visited a family member at Austin Pea. Great location. House was good, floors were dirty, and the kitchen chairs needed to be cleaned. Also needs to have to paint touched up. But overall, the beds were clean and comfortable, and bathrooms were clean. Plenty of room for 7 Adults"
