The walkability to bars, restaurants, shops, cafes, and music venues is unbeatable. Plus, it's only a 5-minute drive to downtown Broadway. "The pool was the highlight for our group of 12. During the day, we used it to cool off, and at night, we heated it up to use as a massive 18-foot hot tub that comfortably fit a majority of our group. The fire pit added to the ambiance while we cooked dinner on the grill, making the evenings even more special. "The stay was very nice and communication with the host was easy and quick. The hot tub on the roof was our favorite part but we loved how everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms. It was spacious and clean. It was also close to downtown which was even better! "

"Great location! Enjoyed the 12 South community within walking distance. The house was very comfortable and adequate for our 3 generational family. The front entrance was difficult for my husband with aging knees, we were thankful for the back entrance and parking area. Host was available and accommodating. The grill and oven have been neglected which gave us a good excuse to order out and support the community. We would go back!"
