"This place has plenty of bed and deck space for a big group, including a pool. (We didn't use the pool, but might have in different weather.) It was a comfortable stay. We left some items when we checked out and they were very responsive and able to get them back to us quickly. Highly recommend. "

"Great house and a very quiet gated neighborhood, beach access within neighborhood and city access on east side.The house is huge and the master bed is very comfortable.It’s on the east end and close to the Strand, easy navigation to what ever your plans entail, would and will stay here again"

"The property was in a good location. Communication with host was great. The furniture was made cheap and I worried my 150 13 year old boy was going to break the bed just getting in normal. This seems to be the consensus on several VRBOs though. The property could have been a little cleaner but might be due to being in a beach town with salty air. Over all we enjoyed our stay. "

"This property could be spectacular with a little TLC and updating. The layout worked for us with 10 people. We were in Galveston during a rainy week so most of our time was spent in the house.The kitchen was great for cooking meals for a group. Hint I took most of the food frozen so I didn't have to spend my time cooking. The items stocked in the house worked out just fine for us. The deck and outside were spectacular for the time that was not raining."

"The house offered all our group of 13 people and 3 dogs needed for a great Christmas reunion. We definitely had a great time. My only suggestion is to mention that the bedroom on the first floor doesn’t have connection with the inside, only using the outside stairs access. Thanks "

"We came for an Anniversary trip and the stay at Casa Del Mar was perfect for our get away. Rooms were clean and spacious. You can fit up to 6 people. Bed was a little too on the soft side but comfortable. Quiet. Convenient to restaurants, supermarkets and of course the beach. Checking in was easy and plenty of parking. Just know there is a fee for parking. Will come back. "
