"Beautiful on the inside, I didn't realize it was further out from the seawall and restaurants and other stores. The only thing I could say wrong is the Tvs did not work the first night and we weren't able to watch TV until late the next day after figuring out it was not plugged in correctly otherwise my family and I enjoyed the relaxation of just getting away. "

"This property was not what we expected as the photos showed. The furniture is older and the beds downstairs very uncomfortable. The loft smelled as if it had water damage, and was unusable . Some of the doors need work, the ceiling was patched up badly in areas and poorly painted over. There is no dining room or tables to eat on. On a positive note the renters response was quick. Getting in to the property was very easy and their is lots of parking at a reasonable price . Management also...

"We were in Galveston for Mardi Gras. The property is great, walk straight to the beach, nice views from the house. Pretty far down the island but quiet.The house itself is beautiful, but with a few problems. There are three bathrooms, but only 2 showers. One bathroom has only a tub. The downstairs master bath can be easily accessed from the main floor so guests don't have to go upstairs all the time.Be sure to ask for their "digital guidebook" BEFORE you leave home to see what they do/don't...

"We had a great stay! We much prefer the quiet, laid back atmosphere of the west side of the island. The neighborhood is located in the perfect spot to enjoy the gulf and bay side. However, it's close enough to visit The Strand or Pier during the day. Lots of board games available in the house, which was great in the evening.The house had plenty of space and we loved having two levels. "Loved using this house for a girls weekend. Loved how big it is and that there were 5 bathrooms! Listing is a bit outdated as there is now a stock tank pool, but other than that it's BEAUTIFUL and in a very quiet, gated neighborhood away from the hustle of the main part of the island.
