"Most people place a lot of emphasis on the physical amenities of where they stay. One thing you should not overlook is customer service and how well you will be treated once you are at your destination. My wife and I had to leave unexpectedly due to a family emergency and we left personal items behind like cell phones and some travel bags etc. Super 8 was nice enough to locate and return our items. That is what makes them Super."

"The staff were great, had a few issues with having a dog. Even though it was a service dog, we were not allowed in a room with a carpet, so we had to take a smoking room as it was the only ground floor room with wooden floors available. No elevator for the second floor, so a stinky smoking room it was! We were able to move rooms after two nights when a ground floor room with a wooden floor became available. Other than that, the room was clean, the staff very friendly and I would come here again....
