"The owner of the property and all the staff make guests feel so welcomed, like staying at someone's home. Smiles, kind words, advice on how to spend an afternoon, just amazing. Wonderful experience and highly recommended!"

"The room was good and conveniently located right across from the station. However, noise was an issue. We stayed in room 104, and there was constant noise, possibly from the restaurant downstairs, which stopped around 11 PM but started again in the morning. The room was also too warm, and we had to keep our terrace door open all night to cool it down. "

"All staffs were really nice to us but unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the hotel amenities like the swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi bath that is located outside the hotel. I would also thankful for upgrading us for my birthday. Staffs were all very hospitable and kind. From Jasmin & Maricel."

SCHLOSS Zermatt - Active & CBD Spa Hotel

"We loved our stay here, perfect location, so close to the train station but we weren’t there to ski so might be a different walk to the cable cars if you’re carrying. The hotel is fab, great pool and spa area, breakfast was lovely and by far the most comfortable room of our whole trip, the team were lovely too"
