"We came to Zermatt last year and wanted to stay at Hotel Alex but others in the group did not and we ended up staying elsewhree at a nice place with no restaurant or gym but near the Matterhorn Express lift. "Hotel Firefly was one of the most perfect hotels my wife and I have ever stayed in, truly! Upon arrival the front desk walked us around the property showing us the complimentary spa area which we used each day to warm up in the evenings. Our bags were in our room when we arrived and the room even had a small kitchen so we could make a couple meals which was nice since we were almost two weeks into our vacation upon arrival. Enjoyed the views and amenities in the suite and super handy location for skiing, easy 5 minute walk to gondola and 10 min walk in to town. Would stay again."
