"The property is in a beautiful location. We loved the charm of the decor and thought the rooms were spacious and lovely. Some minor repairs could improve the place overall such as some of the outdoor seats were broken and a lamp was missing from our room. The food at both the bar and restaurant was excellent and the service was also very good. We had a great time and wished we could have stayed longer. "On second night, rented vehicle had the four tires stolen of the car. Learned only 2security guards on duty at night (4 was recommended) and no cameras for observation."

"Very special and sweet retreat. We had a lot of fun. The teahouse itself is so well crafted! we loved the view, outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen. We made dinner 5 out of 7 evenings and had breakfast several days. First visit to St. John, was not prepared for the drive up the hill to the property. We got use to it quickly, but it is a steep climb. Driving on the entire island is a challenge but worth it and kind of fun! Thanks for the beach gear and cooking supplies. On site manager was awesome...

"Great central location,walkable to downtown. Great bar and restaurant , with pool . Only negative was Hotel staff that seemed a bit pre-occupied and indifferent--- they could use some hospitality training (or a raise)!"
